libbliss-dev software package provides development files to compute graph automorphisms and labelings, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbliss-dev
libbliss-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbliss-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbliss-dev *
You will get with libbliss-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
